Joe co-founded 4 Paw Friend in January 2025 with one simple goal — to build a dog care company that genuinely puts dogs first. What started with two clients has grown into one of South London’s busiest and most trusted dog walking operations, with over 70 clients walking every single week.
Behind the scenes, Joe runs the back-of-house systems that keep everything running smoothly — from online booking and client management to operations and logistics. But he’s also still out on walks, still involved in daycare, and still the first person clients call when they need help.

Richard Taylor
Richard is the operational backbone of 4 Paw Friend. He manages all scheduling, staffing and compliance — making sure the right person is always in the right place, at the right time, with the right dog. When you book a walk and it shows up exactly when it should, that’s Richard.
With a background in professional dog walking and a genuine passion for getting things right, Richard ensures every client’s routine is consistent, every walker is briefed, and every standard is met. The dogs love him — and the clients trust him completely.
