The 4 Paw Friend app is how our clients book their dogs in. It is made and run by 4 Paw Friend, the dog walking and outdoor daycare company that collects dogs from their own front door across South London — Brixton, Clapham, Stockwell, Vauxhall, Kennington, Camberwell, Battersea, Nine Elms and the surrounding areas.

Who the app is for
It is for 4 Paw Friend clients — dog owners in South London whose dogs we walk or who use our outdoor daycare. If your dog is already with us, the app replaces texting to book. If you are new, you can register in it and we will arrange a free meet and greet before your dog’s first walk.
The problem it solves
Arranging dog care usually means messaging back and forth and hoping for a reply, then spending the day wondering how the walk went, then sorting out what you owe at the end of the month. The app removes all three. You book the day you want, you get the photos from the walk, and your invoices sit in one place.
What you can do in it
- Book any of our services — group walks, solo walks, half day and full day outdoor daycare, home feeding visits, home visits and pet taxi.
- See your dog’s day — photos from the walk, sent to you the same day.
- Change a booking — ask us to move a date or a collection time without ringing round.
- Keep track of invoices — see what is due and pay in the app.
- Know when we have been — on iPhone, a notification when your dog is collected and when they are home.
How it relates to 4 Paw Friend
The app is not a marketplace and it does not connect you to a stranger. Every walk booked in it is carried out by the 4 Paw Friend team — fully insured, DBS checked, and holding a Lambeth Council professional dog walking licence that permits off-lead walking with a maximum of six dogs off lead at any one time.
